How do you turn it on????
I got this for a. Christmas gift but have a hard time turning it on. Once I can get the display to turn on and heat up it’s fine. Went online and there are no instructions on how to operate…very frustrating. Would never buy this again

Turning on is ridiculous
I purchased this for myself at Christmas time. I tossed out the box & just now went to turn on & use. I couldn’t figure it out. I literally had to go to YouTube just to turn this flatiron on! Just HOLD DOWN THE POWER BOTTON until it turns on🤦🏼♀️
I hope this helps others going through the same thing! could be more user friendly!

There is no directions included
I bought this flat iron yesterday. I went to use it today and there were no instructions how to turn it in and how to change the temperature. What’s worse is waiting on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered so I finally hung up. I should mention that I didn’t find out how on their own website.

How do I operate?

Just bought 2 of these on clearance a Walmart. I cannot turn them on (will eventually turn on by themselves) and then cannot turn them off (finally unplug) and cannot change temp, AND I have the instructions!! Absolute junk. Returning.
