Would definitely buy again
Tested under the most extreme hair situation I have..big, fuzzy, air dried and brushed out hair. This flat iron got it done. I straighten all the time, but this iron made it super easy to do the beach wave thing with absolutely NO crimping or awkward bends in my hair. I was able to lower the heat on my thinner front hair and turn it up to tame the frizz in the back. The clicking/crackling sound made me nervous at first, but when I realized it was from the ions I felt better, plus I like that it's confirmation that the styler is still on and I didn't accidentally hit the off button at some point and have been trying to straighten with a tool that is apparently off..yeah..all the time. I did beach waves this time, but can't wait to try straight-straight tomorrow. This tool is a keeper!

I don't think my hair has ever looked more silky
I received this flat iron for free through BzzAgent to make an honest review. I was very happy with my hair!
Pros:
The flat iron heated up very quickly
My hair got extremely silky
Minimal-no pulling of the hair
Very sleek design
My only "con" would be that the flat iron kind of made a very small buzzing sound. I could only hear it when working on the sections of hair right next to my ear. Definitely not an issue that would keep me from continuing to use it.

Definitely Worth it!
I really enjoy using this flatiron.
Pros: It is lightweight and comfortable in my hands. The curved design and frizz reducing technology is to die for! My wig looked restored and stayed like that for three days straight!
Cons: As a person with heat sensitive natural hair it is extremely important for me to know exactly what temperature my flatiron is on. The lack of a digital display for temperature was the only downside for me with regard to my natural hair but not my wigs.

Best flat iron
Truly the best flat iron I've ever tried. Heats up fast. Is comfortable to hold and use. Works so well in one pass on my hair. I have course wavy hair and I put it on the second highest setting and it straightens perfectly in one smooth pass. Glides really well on my hair, never gets stuck. J like the lock feature for storage too so it takes up less space. Works well for curling also, doesn't leave any crimps or lines since it slides so smoothly over your hair.

My new flat iron!
I was fortunate enough to receive this product for free for exchange of my honest review! I have 4b/c hair and this flat iron got me all the way together. I honestly did not expect too much, originally. I used my heat protectant and only did one complete pass. It is hot and humid here and my hair still hasn't poofed up. I like the color and also how the device looks. My to go flat iron was the CHI but this is a very, very close second.

I would definitely use this product
I have used flat irons along time and love them, I've owned many different ones. I like this one. It does very well with my hair and gives it a straight flat smooth look. It does pull some bit with smaller widths of hair it does great. I drive a jeep and jeep hair is always an issue, love my tops off. This product done well and held my hair straight! I was surprised at that. I would definitely recommend and continue using this product.

Even better than expected!
Having used this flat iron for about a week now, I can honestly say that I would highly recommend it! I particularly love that it heats up so quickly! My old one took forever, so this being so quick is a huge bonus! I have super long, thick hair. It tames my cowlicks perfectly and even creates soft curls when I want them. I am very pleased with this product
I have very frizzy, wavy to curly hair that has been colored. I recieved this product as an item to review. I am glad I did. Otherwise I would not have purchased it. This gave my baby fine thin hair shine and volume. You can use it to curl, straighten, flip the ends of your hair, and if you are really talented you could do waves I am sure. I am not that talented. It is easy to adjust the temperature and I love the lock feature.

Easy to use, works well
I have tried many curling irons and I really like this one. It heats up quickly and I like that the temperature is way to change and digital - I hate those little dials on other irons! The iron worked well on my hair, smoothing nicely and not ever "catching" or snagging my hair. I like the rounded edges as it facilitates curling the ends or using the flat iron as a curler. It's light and easy to maneuver as well.

Good Bye Frizzies, Hello Shine!
Love how this has different temperature levels. I used level 4 as I have thick, curly/wavy hair. Florida weather is great but very humid and leaves my haor frizzy. Used to own a curling iron and stopped using it as I would burn myself. No chance of that happening with Conair Smoothwrap. I straightened my hair and the shine came through! Not an expert at flips and curls, but tried it and the Smoothwrap 1" Flat Iron is easy to use. Love the lock feature, which leaves the iron closed. I wish this had an auto-off feature (or if there is one, I did not note as I left it on for 8 minutes to check). Also wish this came with its own pouch,as I travel quite a bit for work. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this. Pictures below are before and after. Also did this with hair before shampoo since I wanted to check how this gives volume, as stated,and it does!

Great flat iron
I have used this flat iron for the last 5 days and my hair has been so smooth. I use a flat iron daily. It glides through my hair nicely and doesn't catch or pull my hair at all. I also like that the plates are curve so you don't get that weird crease you can get with other flat irons. The heat goes up to 400 but I've not done that hot. I try not to go that high. It thinks it's a great flat iron for the price!

Incredible straightener!
I was so excited to receive this item for free in exchange for my review. I never knew the type of plates used played that much of a difference in hair straighteners but it's so obvious now! The condition of my hair after using the Smoothwrap was astonishing. Not one strand of my hair looked fried. It straightened with less heat than my previous chi straightener. I will never use another straightener.

I would buy this product again
I would get this product if I was in the market for a moderately priced flat iron/wand. Its pros are it does not pull or snag the hair at all and very easy to glide through hair. I wish it would be up to 420 degrees for certain styles. It's limited to change temps. I prefer a custom dial. For the price I think it's overall great! Hair was smooth and frizz free all day!

I would recommend
I use this product to both straighten and churro my hair. It goes over my hair easily Ave smoothly. I like the blue lights along the sides. The fact that it automatically shuts off is very nice! Another nice feature is that you can lock it closed for travel and storage. I wish the temperature was a digital numeric readout instead of just 5 lights.

I would purchase again
The iron heated quick and didn't get too hot. The iron itself is very light and thin with a long cord. I also loved that it locks shut. Definitely perfect size for Tavel. The only thing I didn't "love" was that you had to hold down the power button to turn on instead of just press but that's just being nitpicky. Overall a great product.

Great for curling and straightening
I really liked this flat iron. I used it to straighten my curly hair and I also used it to curl my hair as well. The size made making curls so easy! The cord swivels which made it so nice for curling and getting the back of my head. It heats up super quickly as well. I also liked that you can lock it in the closed position.

Inexpensive but effective
This was a great flat iron to be able to use. It's lightweight, heats up quickly, has a long swivel cord and is easy to use.
I dropped a star because I like doing flat iron curls, but because of the hard shell on it, they don't work out so well. Definitely gets your hair straight and smooth though!

I opened the box and took the flat iron out. Plugged it in and it heated up very fast. I used little sections of my hair with the flat iron. Very smooth to use and left my hair with absolutely no frizz. It didn't take it very long to cool down either. Thus is just a great product all around.

I received this product as part of a free trial. I'm used to using a CHI flat iron and it really does not compare, however is good in a pinch. I don't believe the product gets hot enough. It takes double the amount of time to flat iron my hair.

Perfect hair straightener
I have very thick, coarse hair with some natural curl and this straightener got it done!!! I always straighten in sections and it took maybe 2 passes. Love how it made my hair feel, it felt soft and smooth not frizzy and dried out!!!
