I really wanted to like this and I understand the concept, but it's just a useless beauty tool.
Cons:
- The applicator is too big to apply near smaller areas of your face (ie: nose and temples)
- The applicator almost scrapes off the mask if it comes in contact with anything you've already applied.
Pros:
- Although you can wash you hands and use your knuckle to spoon out your formula, the applicator is also really easy to use and cleans easily.
- The remover is kinda fun, although unnecessary, but I might use it again in the future.

Its useful but not mind blowing !
Loved the spatula end for applying masks and what not that worked great.
Now I don't know if it was the type of mask I applied, which it was a charcoal mask but the battery operated mask remover part wasn't the best at removing it, a regular wash cloth worked so much better, I can see it being nice for washing or moisturizing but for the mask I had to remove it didn't do too much.

Great face mask applicator
This is a very cool product. Nicely made, perfect firmness for applying face masks, I like to use the scrubber side when I wash my face, it definitely gives my face a more invigorating clean and I LOVE it! My skin feels fresh and so clean clean I use it also to apply my mask to my face.. This is a good staple for my face care routine. I love it!

It's a cool tool to use to apply your face mask and it does a great job doing that but the side that you need to use in order to remove your mask, isn't that great and it took longer to get all the mask residue off.

Makes mask application and removal so much easier!
I'm so glad I tried this applicator and remover! The paddle end is perfect for application—it works almost as a paintbrush to apply the mask. The remover part also works well, and you don't end up with mask all over your hands.
I tried it with a charcoal mask, and I was thrilled with its usefulness in application and removal.It works SO WELL! You think you don't need it? I can tell you with complete honesty that you are wrong. It's the tool you never thought you needed. And you do need it.

Cool concept, but not worth it
As an Esthetician, I believe this is a cool concept, but it definitely has its pros and cons. CONS: The facial applicator is too big to apply near smaller areas of your face (nose & temples).
PROS: The mask applicator is great. Makes it sanitary to scoop it out of a jar - and spreading it on the face. The applicator is also really easy to use and cleans easily.
Overall, 50/50. I would use the mask applicator more than the facial one.

Love the versatility!!
I've purchased other mask applicators in the past, but they all end up tossed in the back of my bathroom cabinet. I feel that this one will stay in my routine a lot longer because it is a remover as well. It is very sturdy and feels great on the skin as it is not abrasive. The only thing I will say is that the vibration seems a little unnecessary, but is a good addition nevertheless.

Convenient Beauty tool
This is a great little tool that you may think you really don't need, but is actually very convenient. in The soft applicator brush is great for appling your face mask without any of the mess. The other side is a remover which helps break up your hardened face mask for easier removal. It really is a great affordable tool to elevate your skin care routine.

Okay but not great
This is a great tool if you're SUPER into facial tools. I don't know that i ever thought to myself "i wish i had a tool that could help me apply and take off my makeup". With that being said, i like that the material is silicone and very easy to clean. I don't love that the tool needs batteries and I'm not entirely sure what the point of it really is.

True Glow Mask Applicator and Remover Is good what it is made for . Applies mask and removes it without any problems. The only thing I don't really like is the quality. On the other hand quality is good enough for the price it is being sold for. Also, it is a bit too big, compared to other mask applicators and removers that I own.

This item is awesome. It makes applying and removing masks very easy. It is way less messy compared to the traditional means of application and removal of masks. We use this product at least 4 times per week and definitely recommend this to all friends,family and whomever wants a less messy way of applying and removing masks.

It's gentle. As an applicator, this was really helpful. I was able to apply my mask without touching my face. The brush was also good for washing the mask off, but I still needed use my hands to make sure my face was completely clean and all of the product was off my face properly. It's a habit I don't think I'd ever break.

I have an old foundation brush that I use for applying masks but I hate that I have to wait to let it dry out when I rinse it to put it back in the cabinet, now I don't! Love the silicone applicator, and I could probably do without the vibration but it is a nice touch. I don't find that it overall adds anything to it.

Pretty surprising
I was pretty surprised how much I actually like this thing! I didnt think it was going to be very beneficial, but it actually is nice to have handy! I've never tried anything like it. It's actually a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I would buy this product again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

Neat little tool
I definitely have fun using this. Don't expect this to fully remove a face mask. It's more to liquify the mask again so it's easy to wash off. I had no issues with this tool. Just make sure you clean it before and after using as you would with any facial tool! This tool isn't a necessity but more so a luxury.

Smooth applicator & remover
I was skeptical of using this mask applicator and remover simply because it requires a battery for the remover to operate. The applicator works great. I would actually scrub my face to get the pieces of clay still left on my face. The remover actually removes my clay masks without being forceful on my skin.

Perfect Cleansing Wand
This applicator is wonderful. It turns the routine of cleansing my skin into a relaxing time to pamper myself. I love that I can use the vibrating scrubbers to deep clean and then use the wand to easily apply my mask and treatments afterwards. It's the perfect tool for an at home spa day every day.

This product was an easy product to use! Apply my daily mask without having to touch it was great as well as removing it. This allowed for most of the product to be used without my hands which although I wash them I'm sure certain oils stay on and get embedded in pores! Great product!

Handy Little Gadget
I don't think that it really needs the battery to be honest, but for applying and taking off face masks this thing is a whiz. I used to stick with sheet masks to avoid the applying/taking off mess but with this thing I may use up some of the masks that have been sitting in my cabinet!

It's Trying Too Hard
I REALLY wanted to love this product, but it's absurd. The applicator end is too big and while the remover end is fun (I guess), it's unnecessary. If anything, it's just one more thing to rinse off after my face is done. The vibration did nothing to leave my face feeling cleaner.

Product is definitely quality, not a necessity when applying a mask but absolutely limits the mess and applies an even layer. Compared to other products I've used this is definitely superior, depending on your frequency of use this a nice addition to your skincare routine.

Like the applicator, not the remover
The applicator worked well for applying mud masks. Typically I'd use my hands, but this tool made the process a little bit less messy. However, the remover end is basically useless. It was too rough for the skin, my face looked a little red and irritated afterward.

I enjoyed this applicator much more than I thought I would! The silicone spatula made for precise application for my heavier masks and the cleansing end felt so nice to help lightly exfoliate after washing off the mask. I liked having just the one tool for both!

I love using this applicator! It's so much easier and I feel like I'm not wasting a bunch of product by getting it all over my hands. I love the little brush and how easy it is to clean. I felt like my mask went on a lot smoother and my skin felt amazing!

Great product!
I recall enjoyed using this device. I use a lot of face masks every week and this device allows me to apply them without contaminating the jar! I love the vibrating function that helps masks absorb better and the scrub end makes removing them a breeze.

Amazing tool with amazing results
The applicator and remover is amazing as it is gentle yet thorough. It left my skin feel smooth and clean. The remover is easy to use and also gentle on my face. I received many comments that my skin was glowing just after a couple of days of using.

Applying my face mask was easy. I have no issue with this applicator at all. I'd totally recommend it to everyone. I believe the silicone brush/remover was very efficient in loosing the masks that hardened. Overall it made the removal process easier.

Such a handy tool
This True Glow Mask Applicator and Remover is so cool! It makes the application of all my masks super easy. I like the removing part too, it's super helpful when you're dealing with more thick and sticky masks. I definitely recommend checking it out.
