Good but misleading
It's a good light up mirror with 10x the appearance convex. However it a little bigger than a handheld mirror you just can't conveniently take it with you.

An absolute MUST!
This mirror is absolutely just incredible! The quality is simply unmet by any other personal mirrors that we have purchased. It is the perfect size for you to use at home on your vanity while still being the perfect size for travel. I love the fact that it is rechargeable. And on top of that, it's the base itself that charges it, so basically it charges in its normal spot, which is in my book, one less hassle of finding a place to sit it while it charges. The clarity in both the 1x and the 10x is amazing. You can definitely see all the details of your skin, all the way down to the pores themselves. Then, to top it off, it has 3 different light modes and brightnesses that you adjust by just tapping the mirror and the light itself is the perfect type of light to reveal your true skin tones and such. I absolutely adore this thing and so does my wife Who uses it a dead minimum of twice a day.. We have already recommended it to several people in my family and I will continue to recommend this product for anyone looking for a mirror!
Added bonus: I talked my mother-in-law into purchasing one of these shortly after showing her mine and she has also said that it was the best money she had ever spent on an item like that! She absolutely loves it and uses it every single day.

Don't sleep on this multi functional mirror!!
I received my Conair Halo mirror a few days ago, maybe a week, but wanted to wait to share my review so I could identify any deficiencies - but I cannot find any!! This is the mirror I never knew I needed. At first I thought it was a little too big, but then as I used it, it turns out it's the perfect size for my needs.
I love that it can be SO EASILY converted into a hand held mirror, and that the 10x mirror is magnetic so it easily clicks onto the main mirror and/or other household items. I personally have loved it in the shower. Giving myself an at home "facial" has never been easier now that I can see!
I think my one recommendation would be that once the hand held option is being used, maybe a pop out leg on the back could be an option so that it can stand on its own without needing the base.
ALSO - let's talk about the lighting options! I have super sensitive to light eyes, and the fact that you can adjust the settings has been so nice and comfortable for me. My husband also actually has been using it, but prefers the brighter LED light option. It's a win-win for all! I would 10/10 recommend this product for it's functionality, practicality, retail price fairness, and let's not forget it's beauty. It's a sleek design that fit's right into my more modern bathroom. Although a bronze or black would have been a better fit aesthetically, that brushed nickel does not disappoint!

When I received this mirror, I was indifferent really - what different could another handheld mirror make? Yes, it could light up, it could be used as a handheld, and it had a magnifying feature. OH! MY! WORD!!!! When I say I love this mirror - I LOVE THIS MIRROR. After I got over the initial jump scare of the incredible detail of the magnifying mirror - I am telling you sincerely, that I do not know what I did without this mirror before I had it. I must have looked like and absolute clown when I went through my morning, evening and makeup routine before. This mirror is a game changer in terms of the lighting, removable function and magnifying functions. I am also not exaggerating when I tell you the changes I have made due to this mirror are immense - the detail of the magnifying function - I will never get ready or groom myself without this ever again. I am telling you - it showed not only randomly placed hairs (I am almost 50 - it happens I guess) but these were not visible to me in my normal mirror or my daughter with the naked eye, but this mirror picked up on all of that, including a spot on my face that I am now going to have my dermatologist look at more closely - this is something again, I could not see just in my normal mirror. Again, if it was not clear - I LOVE THIS mirror and I will not get ready again without it. Love love love. I wish it came with a packing friendly travel pouch because I am serious - this is a must-have tool for me from here on out. The only issue I have is that now my whole family has been found using this mirror to get ready, floss their teeth, etc. It is THAT good.
