Simple and effective
I received the Conair care infrared forehead thermometer and immediately upon opening it out of the box I could tell that it was very simple to use. I opened the item and was able to pop in the batteries easily and quickly and turn on the machine. It did not take much to be able to set it up it was easy to follow the directions and I was able to use it within 2 minutes of opening the box. I was able to test its ability with other thermometers in my house so I felt confident that the temperature was accurate. This is a perfect addition to our home as it makes it very quick and easy to take our families temperature. I feel confident that it's accurate and I feel at ease that I have something so easy to use on all of our family members. I highly recommend the Conair care infrared forehead thermometer.

Even my kids use it and love it!
This forehead infrared thermometer by Conair is so easy to use and best of all it's contact-free! My children take the temperature of everyone entering our home, its a blessing during covid!!!!!! Readings are very accurate! It has a large LCD display and will notify you if the person you are testing has a fever. It even has a 32 memory function to keep track of previous fevers. It is a great tool to have now especially during COVID.

Really fast and accurate temperature reading!
Right out of the box this was one of the easiest thermometers to set up and put together. One of the biggest benefits was that the thermometer came with batteries. It was a simple as plug and play. the operation is very basic but effective. You hold the thermometer between 0 and 2 in of your forehead surface, press the button on the handle and a beep will indicate that your measurement is complete. They do suggest taking a few readings about 20 seconds apart just to make sure accuracy. If you have a fever or if a fever is present on the person that you are recording temperature for the thermometer will beep a few times in a row alerting you to a high temperature. You can adjust the threshold manually. The thermometer powers itself off after about 15 seconds of no button pressing. You can turn it on by hitting the trigger button. Overall a really great product!

Convenient and effective
Had a great experience with this thermometer. I was raised to believe that the only proper way to check for a fever was with a good old fashioned rear-entry thermometer, and have faithfully and exclusively used the one passed down for generations in my family for this purpose. However, times have changed since my family thermometer was first won in a poker game during the drought of 1909, and I am an open minded person who is willing to entertain new dangled gadgetry such as this. I was pleasantly surprised that this thermometer is not only more accurate than Grandpa's "Old Ironsides" model, but also notably more convenient and comfortable.
I will definitely be aggressively and randomly recommending this device in every foreseeable conversation over the next few years, using my personal experience for context. It's truly a modern marvel and a bold example of the space-age world we now live in.

Handy and convenient
Conair Care Infrared Forehead Thermometer is a very handy product that I didnt think I needed. I already own a temporal thermometer and the traditional.
One of the biggest plus I discovered and liked quiet a lot was able to take temperature without disturbing sick patient. Unfortunately I had a sick child right after this was sent and I was able to monitor her fever at times when she was sleeping. This wasn't possible with the temporal thermometer.
It was fast at reading the temperature ...literally with press of a button. And the large display made it easy to read at night. It has memory feature wherein you can store the upto 32 temperatures.
Only issue, I found was sometimes it wasn't always very accurate but was close enough when reading the temperatures. I compared its readings with temporal and mouth thermometers. I like its features and functionality enough to recommend it although with a 'heads up'!

I can't say enough good things about this thermometer. During Covid, it's a must to have this easy to use, accurate, contact-free thermometer. The LCD display is very bright and large. It will even alert you if there is a fever. It has a large LCD display and will notify you if the person you are testing has a fever. It even stores previous readings. Great experience!

This was such an easy thermometer to use. It stores an enormous amount of prior temperatures to the memory so you can remember what the last reading was. It gives a reading so much faster than a standard digital thermometer and is much more accurate. I love this product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fool proof thermometer.

So much easier for toddlers!
My toddlers are not a fan of any of the other types of thermometers, this one makes it so easy to take their temperature! No fussing or crying and it's accurate too. I tested it on myself with other thermometers and it was very accurate.
I would definitely buy this product and will be recommending it to al my mom friends.

So easy and accurate!!
I love how easy it is to use the thermometer! I used to use a thermometer that goes in your mouth and it is hard to keep sanitized. I don't have that concern anymore using the infrared thermometer.
I also love that the thermometer stores previous temperatures so you can easily keep track of a temperature.

Better than most
So I have only ever had one other forehead thermometer that I owned personally. This one works much better than the one I had. I also use one at work that I do not like at all. I wish we would switch to this brand. It's accurate and not confusing to use. Very user friendly.

This works just fine. As the instructions states, take your temperature several times to establish a baseline for yourself. This comes with settings so you can check and retain temperatures for more than 1 person. I have not set that up yet.

Excellent product
Being a mom of 2, thermometers are a staple in my home but I had the one that goes under the arm and sometime can take up to 20 seconds to get a reading which is not always accurate if my kid moves so this quick forehead thermometer is wonderful

I've been using these for the past couple of months at work. This is the first one I've owned and its great. Having one is a ton better than the older hold in your mouth kinds. Overall it works just as it should and I couldn't be happier!

No 8 number. Looks like middle bar not working
Had this during Covid and ever since I had this it would never show middle digit in 8. Looks like the line in middle does not show up. Any number even 6 doesn’t show up?
