First epilator
This is my first ever epilator! There is a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it it's easy. The rolling ice attachment is a nice touch for reducing pain and redness, though I find it can get in the way for angling. I used this epilator on my legs after a warm shower and exfoliation. It is a bit painful at first and occasionally some hairs get snagged. It does take longer than shaving and results for me don't last anywhere near 6 weeks. Battery life is enough to last me about 3 "sessions" to do my legs.

Not For The Faint Of Heart
Will this get the hair off your legs? Yes. Will it feel like your skin is being pulled off in the process? Absolutely! I wanted so much to like this. The concept seemed like it was a hit but missed the ball. Even with the soothing cool roller my legs still were on fire. The packaging seemed a little cheap as well. Items came in paper bag type of material. Would have like to have seen a cloth bag or some type to help store toy and the accessories. Beauty is pain but not the much.

It is pretty good
The product hurts a little when using but I have noticed my hair on my chin and upper lip not coming in as it usually does. I love that it comes with a piece you can freeze to help sooth it. I would definitely recommend.

Great for leg hair!
I self wax using sugar. Compared to sugar waxing the epilator has less ouch or pain factor and still leave your skin feeling nice and smooth.
I love an electronic trimmer for my underarms and prefer to use that over waxing or plucking as I typically end up with ingrown hairs. I wouldn't use the epilator for underarms.
I would buy this product as a replacement for a manual shaver which I sometimes use when I don't want to sit down and wax. It's an effective timesaver with great results!

It Works
This product works but it takes some getting used to. For epilators to be effective the hair needs to be at a certain length. I found that it would take a few passes with the epilator to pick up the hair in a certain area. Don't go into this thinking that it will be a fast process either. You will need to do a few passes and given the area you're working with that means it will take some time. For me personally, that means that this won't be my main source of hair removal.

I understand the appeal, but it's not for me.
I have used this product a couple of times and wish I could love it. My main issue is that I just can't work past the pain. I'll give it a couple more tries though. The ice roller does help, it was a nice feature.
Secondly, there is a learning curve. I couldn't get all my hair on the first pass. I got better the more I used it, so I think it was user error.
That being said, my legs remain hairless much longer than shaving which almost makes it worth it.

Scary but works!
I got this product from BzzAgent. It was very intimidating at first. I'm a wax girlie so this epilator felt very different. It feels like the hairs are being zapped off. The ice roller was not that helpful. The directions weren't that clear. After doing multiple test patches I got the hang of it and from there it was great. I used it and my legs are still smooth 8 days later! Hopefully the results last as long as a wax. It has definitely beat the razor!

First Time for Everything
I was so nervous at first to use this product thinking it would be painful. It is not at all! It feels like little pin pricks. The ice roller is a lovely plus. The only downside is how long the process takes to get rid of the hair in the desired area. But on a positive note, at least it won't be as often as shaving! I definitely recommend it.

This just isn't for me..
I tried the product on my legs, just a patch test on two different areas to try it out. I had to go over the same areas multiple times and from different directions to remove the hair, which was more time consuming then I would like. I will say, there was some pulling so it does feel like tweezing but it's not really painful. I didn't need to use the ice attachment. I just can't see myself using this to "shave" my legs I don't have the patience for it.

Not for everyone
Listen, this will remove your hair but it's just NOT for everyone. It's definitely not as painless as shaving and for me is not worth it for so much surface area as my legs. I have a pretty good pain tolerance as I get a brazilian every 4 weeks for the past 5 years. However there's a difference in someone else inflicting the pain then doing it to yourself. BUT I know some people love epilators and in that case this one is good and cute and portable.

Excellent!!
I've used a few different brands with similar products. They all all note that it last six weeks. In this case it's completely true. I absolutely love not having to shave everyday! I'm not saying this because I received this product for free. It's absolutely true! 10/10 highly recommended. It's super convenient! Plus it comes with an ice roller for afterwards that really helps.

Gentle on the skin compared to others
Overall, I like this epilator and I appreciate that it also has a light that makes it easier to work. I find that it is more gentle on the skin compared to my previous epilator (although this does not mean that it is pain-free!), but I also find that I often have to go over the same area twice or more to get everything. Using a scrub in advance makes a difference, though.

Does exactly what it says!
Thank you Conair for sending me the GIRLBOMB rechargeable Epilator to try out! It woks perfectly and leaves your skin smoother than a shave. I will say that if you do not have a decent pain tolerance or are uncomfortable with tweezing, then this product is not for you. This epilator comes with an attachment for more sensitive areas and a ice roller attachment.

Ok so I had faith in this being awesome but it was so painful, I thought 40 tweezers working at once would be like what 40x faster at removing all the hair on my legs, nope it hurt 40x worse that's all. And broke some hairs so the pull and pain was for nothing! I would need to bathe in numbing cream to use this again. Sorry it's a no from me.

Beautiful Smooth Skin
I used the product twice before writing a review because there was some user error the first time. Beautiful packaging and well made product. The process was a little uncomfortable, but I loved the results. My skin was so soft and it has saved me money by not having to get waxed. The results lasted almost 6 weeks!

I like the size of the epilator. It is not too heavy and is easy to use. The ice roller attachment is nice. The epilator can seem painful at first. I recommend using the lowest setting until you are able to get used to it. I believe this will be extremely helpful in the summertime so I can shave my legs less.

First time epilating. I LOVE it!
I tried this epilator for the first time. It was very easy to set up for a beginner, worked amazing. My leg is so smooth now. I did not even need the ice roller but it was a nice touch for sensitive skin. The level of pain using it is much less than I would have thought. Simply amazing.

Amazing Epilator
I really enjoyed trying out this product. It was very effective and easy to remove hair. There was some pain, but because of the ice roller I was able to soothe the skin while using. One of the best epilators I've used. The results were really quick and easy. Overall very pleased.

Good first epilator to try with the ice roller!

I've been tempted to try an epilator for a while but it looked a bit intimidating so this sample was the perfect opportunity to finally give it a shot. I have to say, the ice roller it comes with makes a big difference. It's easy to assemble, practical since there's no cord, and perhaps a good first epilator to try. I can't say much in terms of how it compares to others since this is the first one I try, but it was definitely less scary than I thought it would be. I liked that it has two speeds too so you can choose the slower one if you're initially scared like I was. Keep in mind that epilators are not for everyone. Don't expect it to be as painless as shaving, but again, that's true for any epilator in general. It takes a few tries to figure out how to properly use it and get used to it, but if you want to try one and not have to do so much frequent shaving, this one is a good option, especially with the ice roller.

I didn't ask for this to be sent, I don't have any hair due to laser hair removal, so I gave it to my sister who has some hair and she said it was ok, but super painful and didn't work the best. We will both stick to laser hair removal only.

Must be brave!
I received the Conair GIRLBOMB rechargeable epilator without necessarily knowing what I was getting. It looks scary! After opening it, I put the ice roller in the freezer and let the device charge for the suggested 4 hours, then I put it back in the box (HAHA) I was not feeling brave that day. I came back to it a few days later and decided to start with my underarms, it works best for coarse hair about 1/4" in length, after pulling the skin tight and attempting to roll in every which direction it still does not seem able to grab the thin hairs, so moving on it does absolutely nothing to my leg hair as I have blonde very thin/feathery like hairs. The next day I attempted my bikini line, I made it through one strip with the ice roller BUT there is no way I could stand that to get the job done, it is a tiny torture device. If you are prepared for the pain, then this does the job. The other problem I have is that it in no way catches the hair, so you have to stand in the shower unless you want body hair all over the bathroom which is my husbands job. No, I would not personally buy this product.

Travel Friendly Epilator
I have been using epilator for years now but only have tried one brand for a long time, so I can tell whats what in a good epilator.ConAir's girlbomb rechargeable epilator has accesories you wont really find in other epilator. There's actually the ice roller. I actually dont find it that much helpful in terms of soothing the skin pre and post epilation. It is a nice accessory but in the long run I dont think you would really need it as it is just a roller that's not really that cold to help numb the skin just in case it gets scratched in during epilation. It also kind of gets in the way in case you need to angle the tweezers to pick up hair roots because the attachment is only adjustable at less than 45 degrees. Along the way you will find yourself that you will have to remove it eventually. It also has a brush to brush off the hairs stuck in tweezers, the sensitive skin detachment for moments when your skin is not in good condition but would need some epilating on certain areas. What i like about it though is that it has 2 different speeds you can choose so if you have sensitive skin or just starting to epilate you can always use low or high depending on your preference. It is rechargeable. One thing i really like about it so i can take it anywhere with me.
