Why? Why the heck?!?!
You can't get your hair done for hitting the temperature buttons and the power button. Whoever designed this hair straightener obviously has never used hair straightener before. They seriously should recall them we should be able to take him back and exchange or get a refund. I
t's absolutely useless whenever you can't hold the thing without cutting it on and off and turning the temperature up and down.

Not for coarse curly hair
I'm sure this flat iron will work for most people. I wasn't happy with the results the first two times I used it and was thinking about returning it. However, I decided to give it one more try and I found out that if I turn it up to 420 degrees and do only very small amounts at a time it works well enough. But, I have 2A-2B coarse curly hair and it still does not get my hair smooth and silky.

Horrible design
On/off and temperature control buttons are on the handle. No way to use without changing temp or accidentally turning it off.
