Leaks water everywhere
I bought the Conair steamer at Costco in Feb. 2022. In June 2023 it stopped working properly. I returned it to Costco for a new one. Hot water spit out instead of steam. So I thought it was a one off and took it back for a new one. I've tried using it 2x and I have soaking wet clothes. I'm so disappointed because I loved the first one I bought and thought I would be getting the same quality in the 2nd and ultimately the 3rd. I also want to mention that I didn't come here to complain. I was looking for ways trouble shoot the problem hoping there was a simple solution. But there is nothing on this site or in the information provided with the steamer.

I absolutely love my Conair Turbo Steamer and Iron. For starters the cord is a great length, not short and weird like most irons. The iron portion heats up within 5 seconds and the steam doesn't have to warm up, it kicks on full blast as soon as you push the button. This iron is really a one pass iron, so your time ironing will be cut in half. I love ironing with the steam on because it just gets the job done quickly. The bonus is the extra attachments to create your creases and to iron your delicates. The water canister is easy to fill and does not leak. This is a must buy device.

Leaks!
We bought this on Friday to steam a bridesmaid dress for a Saturday wedding. Took it out of the box, filled the reservoir, and started the process. This steamer fired up, but water began dripping out of the reservoir area. Unbeknownst to us the steamer was dripping ON the dress. The material of the dress shows all stains including water. Completely stained this dress for the wedding. We managed to cover the water stains the best that we could through folding the pleats, but this was the saddest and most frustrating experience I can even explain.So disappointed and actually mad. Came very close to ruining an entire wedding weekend.

Drips , but does not steam.
I followed instructions implicitly but all I got was gurgling water from the bottom of the sole plate dripping onto the floor & clothing. I contacted Conair troubleshooting but they handed me off to a 3rd party tech site I would need to pay for w/ a cc. The "benefits" included help w/ my personal finances among other things I do not want or need including cancellation to quit being charged. I do NOT want any more junk in my email and I do not trust vendors like these to unsubscribe me. Too much trouble. I generally like Conair hair dryers etc, but I'm disappointed someone who understands the turbo steamer can't answer my question!

Great steamer but doesn't replace an iron
The Conair Turbo Extremesteam steam and Iron 2-in-1 is hands down the best steamer I've ever had! It heats up really fast and the tank is big enough that you don't have to refill it halfway through using it. The best feature is that you can turn the steam on and off with a button without turning off the heating. The iron function is just ok. I found it useful for pressing out the wrinkles that refuse to steam out. I tried ironing a pair of dress pants and really had trouble keeping the material from bunching up and making more creased wrinkles. I would have rated it lower than 5 stars because of this but I didn't simply because as a steamer it's amazing.

Steam & Iron 2-in-1
I love this little gadget and haven't taken out the iron since it arrived. It has been a pleasure to iron and steam with a garment hanging upright. The ironing board can at times be cumbersome. There is a great cheat sheet (pictured) which makes set up and use a breeze. It has several attachments, my favorite being the creases attachment, for my structured shirts. Don't forget to use distilled water- it prevents buildup and those pesky rust colored spots that sometimes show up when using tap water in the iron. Oh- and these clean up SO much easier than an iron. I received this in exchange for my honest opinion of the product.

Best steamer I've ever held in my hands!
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever see myself uttering the words, "This steamer is legit," but this steamer is legit! It doubles as an iron which is super convenient and, even though a linen blend was the best representation for removing wrinkles lol, these shorts looked 10x better after just a couple strokes across with this bad boy! Super easy to use, heats up in just 10 seconds and results happen immediately! 100% in love with this thing!

Bought this in November. Tried using it for the first time a month ago (January) and all it did was get hot and make a loud, rapid clicking sound. I'm assuming it is the pump. No steam would come out even with the steam button activated. Sent multiple emails which just directed me to the warranty claim. Submitted multiple claim requests and received zero replies. I bet they'll wait until the warranty expires before they respond.
