Short life span

I don't know how old my Facial trim system is, but I am guessing it is close to warranty passage. My razor stopped working with a new battery. I really would like it repaired, but I assume it is a pollution item as I cannot see a repair center. Personally, I think the product should last at least five years. Warranty is two, and it's now a toss item, not sure how to recycle. In today's market, all issues mentioned should be addressed in product manual, as we cannot keep buying and tossing products like these. This company in particular should be leading the pack onward, toward more substantial performance, repair and recycle. So that being said, I will purchase another one, as it does a decent job maintaining facial and skin care.

Well worth the learning curve!!
I've been plucking chin and other coarse facial hair for years, but I decided to try a shaver when I saw how it helped a friend. I'm very happy with this product. I LOVE that the accompanying instructions are clearly written in English (& Spanish), and the text is of readable font size! This showed me a good degree of attention to detail and customer service! Changing shaver heads and attachments, and learning how to keep it clean took me a little while, but now I no longer have to fight the unruly eyebrow hairs that I have struggled with for eons! I can shave my whole chin and know it's all nice and smooth, or in-between shaves, I can just pluck the occasional coarse whisker if that's all I need. It's a relief to have this little tool kit!

I should have known
Inferior compared to Flawless Facial Hair Remover which is no longer sold in any store I went to. So I bought the Conair on sale in Walgreens for $6.00. Cheap and not worth $3.00. Thank
goodness I found Flawless on Amazon. The Conair went into the
trash.

It’s okay
I purchased a month ago and had to take the first one back because the battery would not fit properly. The only thing i don’t like is that it don’t “swivel” so it’s easier to get around your fave.

So Many Features in One Package

I bought this to replace a small pen like trimmer. I didn't even notice there isn't a nose hair trimmer. I love the eyebrow attachment, AND the 2 different lengths it allows. The flat round trimmer head cleaned up the tiny hairs around my upper lip nicely. Hope it lasts, but disappointed there isn't a nose hair trimmer.

Terrible, cuts and razor burn all over!
I followed all the directions for this, and I still ended up with cuts all over me. None of the attachments get a close shave, and I can’t imagine using the rotary attachment anywhere on my body! It pulls any hair and ends up skinning you. Do not buy this product.
