Dynamic Pillow of Relaxation
The ConairCare Rechargeable Neck Pillow with Vibration, Shiatsu, and Heat was so truly amazing. The pillow was so dynamic that I was lost for words. The pillow truly did everything. If anything it was not the most comfortable when leaning back because of the shiatsu device. My neck was a bit sore the next day after the first use, but that might have been because of the effectiveness. The shiatsu was very thorough, The heat could have been maybe a bit hotter. The vibration was as expected at three speeds. The pillow overall was wonderful

Amazing on the go!
I am in love with this rechargeable neck pillow. We took a 6 hour car ride and this pillow made it bearable. The shiatsu massage feels so good on the neck muscles and is very relaxing. The heat is good, it can get overwhelmingly hot quickly though. The pillow was the perfect size for me at 5 foot 4 and also was perfect size for my 6 foot 3 husband. Both of us were very impressed with the wuality of this product. This neck pillow is a little slow to recharge but the battery lasted a few hours and even without power it was great.

Missed the Spot
The neck pillow is comfy enough on its own as just a simple neck pillow. The problem arises when I actually use it for its intended purpose...massaging. My neck pain typically presents itself at the base of my shoulders along my spine. A spot where this neck pillow doesn't quite reach. The heat is decent enough, the massaging is just fine too. Unfortunately, for me, this product doesn't quite reach where my neck pain is the most prominent. I don't think that's a knock against the product, it just simply doesn't meet my needs. Something else that popped up when I loaned it out to a friend...they commented that the noise the neck massager makes when turned on disturbed their dog. I didn't see that happen with our pooch, however their dog did not like the hum of the vibration.

Life Changing Neck Massager
I really wish I had kept this for myself. Once I allowed my family to try the ConairCare Rechargeable Neck Pillow with Vibration, Shiatsu, and Heat, I barely got to use it! We all take turns on the couch enjoying the deep massage that this neck pillow comes with. The heat is even an added bonus as it is subtle and does not feel like lava on your neck. The shiatsu feature is what wins the prize as it gets in deep and rotates the knots in your neck. The charge is very good and will last a decent amount of time. The charge connector is super easy to use as well as the buttons on the actual massager are simple to use. I highly recommend this if you suffer any sort of neck pain or stiffness. I can notice the difference in my sleeping and headaches after receiving this neck massager.

In theory, this product has a lot going for it. The pillow cover is super soft and luxurious-feeling. I like the fact that it's rechargeable, meaning it's mobile and can be used anywhere. The heat feels really nice. My issue is with the shiatsu option. The kneading balls just didn't fit my neck in a comfortable manner. I've had really good luck with other shiatsu massagers but unfortunately, this one just didn't work out. I still use this for the heat option though so it's not entirely a bust.

Wishing it was better!
I was excited to review this Conair product and really excited to try a massage, heat and shiatsu neck roll. Unfortunately, you need to charge it for about 12 hrs before you use it. The vibration setting is fair, even on highest level. The shiatsu is nice, but you have to lean your neck against something to feel the real effect. The clasp that holds it on your neck is a little tricky to remove. All in all a decent neck massager, but nothing I would purchase again.

Warm and relaxing
The Conaircare rechargeable neck pillow has a very soft material. Absolutely loved the warming control and it really did a great job massaging my neck after a long day of work. Really the only complaint with it is that I really feel even with the strap unless I held it tightly to my neck it I couldn't feel the full pressure of the massage but once I held it together it did the job. All in all I would say that it is worth the money and does the job.

Heated vibrating neck massage
Wow ! I absolutely loved this massaging pillow . It really gives a perfect massage on your neck and shoulders after a long day . I love the feel of the soft fabric against my skin . I like that the buckle is adjustable when you put it on to hold it in place . This has three speeds and it heats up ! I love the heat feature because as you were getting massage it penetrates and loosens all of that stress from your day up . This is also A perfect travel companion . I took it with me on a airplane and would highly recommend to anyone who flies a lot to invest in this neck pillow , and anyone who is looking for a little bit of pampering ! This is really a great quality product and it charges very quickly . When I went to charge this it only took about 10 minutes to get a full charge . There is a indicator light turns green when it is fully charged .

An Amazing Product!
This is an amazing neck massager and definitely helps in reducing the neck pain, mainly caused by stressed. The best part is that this is portable and easy to carry. It has a chargeble port and just needs to be charged. It is also compact and super comfortable. The intensity of the massage can be adjusted, which is amazing too. Overall I love this product and how travel friendly this is. Definitely recommend it to others.

Does an okay job.
I was really excited to try out this neck massager, but was a wee bit disappointed. The vibrational aspect is great And it was a comfortable fit, but the shiatsu massage your part just didn't seem to hit the right points. It felt like it was too high and even if I tried to flip it, it just wasn't hitting where I wanted it to. I will say, though, the charge lasts an exceptionally long time and I love that.

So Soothing
First of all, I love this color. So soothing. I have upper back and neck issues due to fibromyalgia and this massager really helps me. It has 3 modes which include kneading and vibration and you can actually take it anywhere you go. I love that it has heat as well so I don't have to keep buying heat pads. It truly relaxes and soothes my sore muscles and allows me to get a much better night's sleep.

I enjoyed trying the conair neck pillow. My husband and I both tried it out. I liked that it had heat as an added feature. The vibration and shiatsu felt really good and loosened up tense muscles. My complaint is the balls that roll around the neck need to cover more ground. It becomes painful as they just stay in the same place for the duration of the massage.

Wow, never knew I needed this neck pillow. It is so easy to use, and feels so nice! The pillow itself is soft and is nice around the neck. My favorite function is the kneading, along with vibration and heat. This is a game changer! Would definitely recommend, especially for anyone with a desk job as this is super relieving. Unique Portability
I have used a few neck massagers in the past, but this one beats them all, simply because of its unique portability. It is quite difficult to use other neck massagers that require me to be near a plug, which is often not the case when I am on a couch or bed. Love that it also has all the common features, including heat, massage, and vibration.

Worked Fantastic for Only a Week
The ConairCare Rechargeable Neck Pillow with Vibration, Shiatsu, and heat pillow is fantastic for neck pain or for a way to unwind and relax. I was able to experience its unique features for one week, and then it just quit working when the chord no longer worked. It is now just used as a neck pillow. Not impressed with the wiring at all.

Feels Great!
I'm honestly surprised at how well this works. The heat element leaves much to be desired, to be honest. But the massage... The massage part is the best massager on a neck pillow I've ever had. They're usually not great and hardly do anything, but this one gets in there and gets the knots out! Feels great!

Pretty good!
This was the first neck pillow I ever tried and it is a pretty good product. I love the vibration feature and heat part of it as far as the massaging feature goes I didn't really care for it , honestly I thought it was uncomfortable. Overall it's a pretty good neck pillow for anyone on the go alot.

Where have I been?
Have I been under a rock? This is amazing. Working from home my posture at a computer is not ideal, making my neck and back sore. I throw this on and it gets the knots right out. Is it sturdy? Yep, mailman left the package at my garage and I ran it over with my car. Still works like a dream.

Great but not perfect!
Upon opening, the quality actually felt really good. Its pretty comfortable and fits well. The vibration setting is pretty strong, but the massage is not really neck its more lower back of head, which isnt the point i guess.
Pretty comfy overall and nice to wind down in an evening.

Finally Comfortable Traveling
This neck pillow is firm yet comfortable. I typically do not like mechanical massages but this one changed my mind! The speed adjustments work perfectly that I fall asleep before takeoff. I'm adding this as apart of my weekly self care routine. Definitely would recommend!

Good product with room for improvement
Overall, really enjoyed this product. Fits nicely around the neck. The shiatsu features are very pleasant but are not quite strong enough to provide much relief. The heat is the most useful feature. That said, the heat is relatively inconsistent and is not very strong.
