Immediate failure
This clipper broke after 2 uses. On further examination the spring that ran the internal mechanism broke and became detached. What's worse is that I contacted the company who told me I would hear from the warehouse about replacement. That was 3 weeks ago

Stopped working!
Purchased many Conair products over the years, thought this would also be a good buy. I as very disappointed, after a few uses, the hair cutter became noisy and it didn't cut hair, on ANY setting with any attachment!

Terrible experience - please don't sell it!
My daughter bought this kit model HC248R for my husband and we just had the worst experience ever. The thing is not moving and bites the hair, Don't you test the machine before it leaves the factory? It's not working!!! Will never try this brand ever.

wish guard prevented more hair from falling into behind trapped in motor that will cause long term damage and insanitary.
the screws are easy to lose, they fly off

Easy Use
The Custom Cut 18 piece Haircut Kit is wonderful. There are plenty of attachments to make different cut lengths. I especially like the comb that was included as I don't always have a comb nearby. Thank you Conair for making such a good product. I gave my husband a haircut and he used it to get rid of his winter beard and mustache.
