I loved this item at first but I had it for less than 6 months and used it probably 10times before it stopped working. I thought it was just the battery dying ( you provide your own it is not reachable which I did not like). I changed the battery and tried a few different batteries I know were fully charged but now it will not work. Disappointed, I expected a longer lasting product

Works very nice
This is my second Facial Trim System, my orriginal Conair System, well I dropped the guts down the sink and it was a rechargeable system. This was the best one and I contacted Conair and they could not give me the guts that ran the system as it was so old. I like the new system, but, always remember to put the skin tight when you shave, because it can nick you!

Great Product
Have course hair in the neck/chin area and this Conair product removes it without causing any irritation and leaves a smooth finish. Have other Conair products and their Customer Service has always been helpful and courteous.

Small But Powerful
I bought this tool a month ago and I wish I would have purchased it sooner! It is lightweight and compact but VERY powerful. As an older female, I have started getting facial hair on my cheeks, upper lip and chin. The small round head attachment does an amazing job of removing this hair. I also use the small trimmer for nose hair and the other attachment for bikini line. This thing works magnificently! Highly recommend.

Not Happy with Trimmer
Not pleased with trimmer as it drains the battery real quick. Pretty much after one use the trimmer won't have the same power and within minutes will have to switch out the battery for a new one. There have been instances where I'll put in a brand new out of the package battery and as soon as I turn it on no power and sounds weak. Also just recently in the middle of using it out of nowhere it just turned off and refuses to turn on. Haven't been able to get it to turn on. I wouldn't recommend this product and most likely I wouldn't have bought this trimmer if I'd known especially about the battery since I've gone through five 48 packs of batteries in the time I've had it while it worked.

Love it
I bought a heavily discounted one of these new on eBay (I'd never pay Conair's full suggested price for this item) and am very happy with it. It seems well made, a major improvement over the similar super cheap shavers widely available online (I had one that I'd gotten several years ago and it worked fine, but the on/off switch broke). I searched for hours for a reasonable price on a facial shaver that had a decent on/off switch, and I think I found one with this Conair! It shaves facial hair very nicely. I haven't used the additional attachments, but was impressed to have them included.

This is the second trimmer… Exact same style… That I have purchased. I love the ease of how it works. The downside is cleaning it and putting it back together is a big pain

It’s okay
I purchased a month ago and had to take the first one back because the battery would not fit properly. The only thing i don’t like is that it don’t “swivel” so it’s easier to get around your fave.
