Missing Ready Light
The first one I bought did not have a ready light that worked so I returned it but the second one didn't work either--when I called the best they could offer was that I return it and they would replace it--with two already not working I could not see my returning it when there was no guarantee that the replacement would work. I shall be very careful about buying Conair again and I've had several over the years....

Just ok!
This is my 2nd conair heated brush. However, this one is the same size as my older one but doesn't get hot enough. I have it on the highest number. I'm just a little disappointed!!

Disappointed
I was replacing my older 3/4 in Instant Heating Curling Brush by Conair. This brush cost a little less and I couldn't see any real difference. I was really disappointed- the brush didn't seem to effectively set the curl. I wish I had kept my receipt, I'd return it.

I am not too happy with it because I prefer a little bigger rod, maybe half an each bigger the old model I had was ideal don't know why you discontinue it? But I like this one has a knob to turn on and off. The old one do not have this feature

One feature missing
I have had a hot brush for years. A necessary feature is the built in stand. My new one has no stand so where to put it while using it without burning the counter is an issue. Your description on line says it has a stand. disappointed
