Save your money
Received this scale a few months back. It worked fine and now it won't connect to Bluetooth. I tried calling, emailing and asking a question on the website. No response. Needless to say this scale is not worth the money. Go with competitors brand. Much better and their customer service is much better as well

I just purchased this scale yesterday, and I am very excited to be able to track not only weight trend, but also body fat, and BMI. As a post menopausal female, I look forward to also tracking bone % over time, which will allow me to discuss with my doctor if any trend develops there. My husband weighed exactly the same as he did at his doctor's office the day before, right to the tenth of a pound. While it is too soon to give a raving review, I have a very positive start, and will update my review in due course. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because I only just purchased the scale, and I don't think it would be honest to give an excellent rating after only 1 day. Nor would such a rating at this time, be reliable to readers.

Worst electronics product ever sold
Supposed to be a body analysis scale but all it will do is weigh. Complained to Conair so they sent me a replacement, saying the initial one was likely defective. The second one performed just like the first one so I just gave up. Now I have 2 pieces of junk. Oh well, at least it will show your weight but so will any cheap bathroom scale that doesn't claim to give you body mass, etc.

Poor instructions for Bluetooth connection
Not only will this scale not connect to Bluetooth, but it repeatedly asks for my set up information to even get an on scale analysis. If I just want a scale for my weight, then it is a very attractive scale but nothing other than that.

Beware
I just bought this today and the set button does nothing will be returning and not trying another one from this brand. I love Conair hair styling products but they should stay out of the scale business

Battery
Used once a week for two months and stopped working. Battery "LO". Bought new batteries but cannot get compartment open with a tiny Phillips head screwdriver. Still looking for an even tinier one! Meanwhile my older non-body analysis Conair WW scale is still working!!

Under performs on everything
I got this scale a few months ago and all I ever get are wts, nothing else. I have never gotten a bone density, BMI, or any other data. And truthfully, the little remarks it shows are far from encouraging. They really are not well thought out. It's a WW scale and does sync well to WW. I'm well under my goal wt so I'm not griping that is isn't helping in wt loss.

Fat Percentage varies if set as male
I bought my scale several years ago, and it is still working to weigh me accurately. However, I questioned the fat percentage. Today I weighed myself as if I were male. Weight was the same but fat percentage dropped 7%.
