Poor design
I bought this at the beginning of August after getting my curly haircut in layers. The hairdresser recommended I get this type of diffuser and the description of this sounded very exciting. But it is not very well designed. The diffuser keeps popping off, all the all of the buttons are on the handle and you can't hold onto the handle and if you try to hold onto the body of the dryer the diffuser is so hot you can't.

So a friend of mine turned me onto this website to try products I'm really not one to post stuff online so the ones that I really do like I will post. I just got this new Conair Infiniti Pro hair dryer. I'm a 64-year-old woman with gray unruly hair I used the Conair dryer with the infuser and I love the way it made my hair feel it dried my hair in no time and gave it nice bounce in a good curl without using a lot of product. I also got this great brush; The Pro Hybrid Detangler, Let me tell you I love it it went through my hair without breakage; one of the best hair brushes I've ever used! #influenster

This dryer is not top-of-the-line but it's not basic either, it does it's job....there's nothing super spectacular about it. It has the basic high medium and low settings, and a warm,hot, and cold button. My hair was very smooth and shiny after using, which Is probably due to a mixture of what products I used in my hair and the ceramic technology it has. Over all a good hair dryer, I didn't have any frizz the next day and my hair didn't feel dried out which is a bonus with a hair dryer. I have super long thick hair and I used the dryer on low warm heat and it dried my hair pretty fast without damage.

Diffuser falls off constantly
You can see from the attached photo, that there is little to nothing to hold the diffuser on. It works really well otherwise and I would love it if the darn diffuser didn't constantly fall off. There is no click when I put it on and twist, like in videos I have seen on Tic-Toc. When I called customer service I was asked, "What would you like us to do?" I said fix it! No such luck. I am considering heat resistant glue or electrical tape!!

Great dryer...weird diffuser
I have an older version of this dryer that I think is great, so I was excited about this. Without the diffuser, I absolutely love this blow dryer. It's relatively compact and I do feel that it dries my hair quickly.bIt also doesn't get so hot that I feel like I'm singeing my hair. Great. But the diffuser is just weird. I think it is too large and spread out to actually help to dry my hair. I need a little more centralized flow so that my scalp gets dry along with the ends of my hair. Overall, I'm really happy to have this blow dryer. But I will likely just recycle the diffuser attachment.

Perfect curly hair addition
So I received this complimentary from Influenster and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a diffuser. It has several settings (hot, warm, and cold). To avoid heat damage I always use the dryer on cold. As someone with naturally thick and curly hair the hard diffuser connect is perfect. With other ones that are collapsible I've found them a bit annoying but with this one I could properly go through my hair and fully diffuse all of it. I would 100% recommend a diffuser for anyone with curly hair and this one I would say is a 5/5 as far as diffusers go! You won't regret it :)

I have had some issues with my other hair tools in recent years as my hands have started having some Arthritis-like pain in them when gripping certain objects. One thing I really liked about this diffuser is that the handle fits well in my hand. I found the diffuser attachment was also very easy to use. Pro tip: blast your hair with the cooling button and turn off the air flow entirely before pulling the dryer/diffuser away from your hair/head! By turning it off, you'll minimize creating frizzy texture and get smoother curls! (Or ignore this and go all out for a big 80s poof!)

Surprisingly better than my other hair dryers!
I honestly wasn't that excited for this box bc I thought all hair dryers were the same. I was wrong! First off, the dryer feels light compared to my other ones, so my arm doesn't feel tired using it. This dries my hair quickly while keeping my strands smooth, so I don't even have to use it long. The cold-shot button is ACTUALLY cold so it sets my hair style and minimizes frizz. I use the concentrator attachment, not the diffuser bc mt hair is wavy and not coiled or curly. My only complaint would be that the switches are kind of easy to bump with my thumb and accidentally change the temperature/speed while using it, so maybe if they had a different switch mechanism or one more hard to change positions that would be better!
